Founding shops Β· limited

Free to try. Free to move. Free to walk away.

We move your customers, jobs and techs across for you β€” you don't lift a finger. Your old system keeps running the whole time. If you don't love it, you've lost nothing but an afternoon you didn't spend.

14 days free Β· cancel anytime Β· your data is yours, export it whenever.
The founding shop deal

Everything hard about switching, we do.

You can cancel your current software any month you want. The thing actually stopping you is the work and the risk. So we took both.

1
Free to tryFourteen days, no charge. Your whole shop stands up in about ten minutes β€” board, techs, booking link, website, and a phone number that answers itself.
2
Free to move β€” and we do itYou don't run the import, we do. Customers, jobs, techs, history. You look at it when it's done and tell us what's wrong. No charge, no matter how big your book is.
3
Free to run bothKeep your old system going as long as you want. Nothing we do touches it. Work a real week on ours side by side and pick the one you'd rather have.
4
Free to walk awayTake your data and go, whenever. No exit fee, no export fee, no ninety-day notice. If the only thing keeping you somewhere is that leaving is hard, that's the problem you're trying to solve right now.
5
And your founding price never goes upWhatever you sign at, you keep, for as long as you stay. Plus you reach the guy who built it and still runs a shop on it β€” not a ticket queue.

The catch, honestly: that last part only works while the number of founding shops is small. Whole-shop software going down means you can't run your day, and one person cannot promise that to fifty shops at once. So the cap is real, and it closes when it closes.

Why people don't switch

It's never the price. It's the fear.

Every shop owner who's stuck says a version of the same three things. Here's the straight answer to each.

πŸ—‚οΈ
"I'll lose my history."

You won't. We pull your customers, jobs and techs across through a read-only connection. Your current system isn't touched, and nothing gets deleted anywhere.

⏳
"I can't afford downtime."

There isn't any. Both systems run at once for as long as you want. Work a week on ours while the old one keeps humming, and compare.

πŸ‘·
"My techs will hate it."

Give one tech one day on it. If he doesn't want it back the next morning, you've learned something for free and you've lost nothing.

The import

Exactly what comes over β€” and what doesn't.

We'd rather you know now than find out in week two. This is the honest list.

βœ… Comes over automatically

  • Your customers β€” names, phones, emails, addresses
  • Your jobs β€” open and completed, with the problem and status
  • Your techs β€” as real logins on their own phones
  • Job β†’ customer links β€” history stays attached to the right person
  • Warranty details where your current system stores them

πŸ•“ Fills in as you work

  • Old invoices and payments β€” history stays where it is; new money is tracked here
  • Appliance / unit records β€” build as jobs come through
  • Photos and attachments β€” new ones land here from day one
  • Texting β€” needs a carrier registration we file for you, usually 1–3 days. Calls work immediately.
How the switch goes

An afternoon, not a project.

Start the trialFourteen days, no charge. Your shop stands up in about ten minutes β€” board, techs, booking link, website.
2
Connect your old systemPaste a key from your current software. We show you a preview of exactly what we found before anything moves.
3
Run both for a weekYour old system keeps running untouched. Work real jobs on ours in parallel and see which day you'd rather have.
4
Cut over when you're sureNot before. Some shops take a weekend, some take a month. Nobody rushes you off a system that's paying your bills.
The math

Per tech, or per shop?

Most shop software charges by the seat, so every tech you hire costs you more. Ours is one flat price for the whole shop. Use your own bill β€” we're not going to quote you somebody else's price.

The part nobody else has

Your software answers the phone.

Every other shop system assumes a human picks up. Yours doesn't have to. The AI answers every call around the clock, knows who's calling, reads back their real appointment, books the day, and drops the job straight on your board β€” at 2am, on a Sunday, while you're under a machine.

"I built this because I was losing jobs to voicemail and paying per tech for software that still made me do the work twice. I run my own shop on it every day."

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do I have to cancel my current software first?

No, and we'd tell you not to. Run both. The import is read-only β€” we never write to or change your current system, so there's nothing to undo if you decide to stay.

What if the import misses something?

You see a preview of exactly what we found before anything lands, and you can run it again. It's built to be repeatable β€” a second run updates what's there instead of creating duplicates.

Which systems can you import from?

Housecall Pro is live and proven against tens of thousands of real jobs. Jobber and Workiz are built and get their tuning pass with the first shop that brings one. On anything else, talk to us β€” most systems can export, and we'd rather build the adapter than lose you over it.

How long until my phone is answering?

Calls, about ten minutes β€” we get you a number and the AI is live on it. Texting takes 1–3 business days because US carriers require every business to be registered before it can text customers. We file that paperwork for you; you just give us your EIN.

What does it cost when I add a tech?

Nothing. That's the whole point of a flat shop price. Hire your fifth tech and your bill doesn't move.

Can I get my data back out?

Yes. It's your data. We'd be a bad bet if the only thing keeping you here was that leaving was hard β€” that's the trap you're trying to get out of right now.

Try it on one week of real jobs.

Fourteen days free, your old system still running, nothing to undo if you walk away.
