Listed from public records. The business appears in open business data (Overture Maps Foundation). AssistAnt has not checked it. Details may be out of date.
Verified. AssistAnt checked the business’s registration with its state and has its current general liability insurance certificate on file. The date on the label is the last time we checked.
Verified with service data. Verified, and the business runs on AssistAnt, so its real service records (how fast it answers, whether repairs hold) are checked too. No business has this label yet; the measures will be published here before anyone gets it.
It claims its listing (free) and sends its business registration and a current insurance certificate. A person at AssistAnt checks them and calls the business at its listed number.
We re-check at least once a year and whenever an insurance certificate expires. A business that no longer meets the rules goes back to “Listed.”
Specialty certifications (for example CSIA dryer exhaust, EPA 608 sealed systems) are shown only after we see the certificate.
Verification is free. There is no paid version.

No business can pay to rank higher, pay to be verified, or pay to hide a competitor.
We never sell your information. We don’t sell “leads.” You choose which one business to contact, and only that business hears from you.

Any business can correct its listing for free, or have it removed. Removal is immediate.
AssistAnt 24/7 is run by the family that owns TN Appliance Exchange LLC, an appliance repair and dryer vent cleaning company in Middle Tennessee and South Louisiana. TN Appliance Exchange is listed under exactly these rules, gets no special placement, and must keep its own registration and insurance current like everyone else.
